1 Can Blue Mackerel (or 1 Blue Mackerel),
1 Cup Korean Radish, 1/2 Onion, 1 Green Onion,
1 Hot Pepper
Broth Ingredients:
1 Dried Anchovy Pack (6 Dried Anchovies),
2 Cups Water
Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste (Gochujang), 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine,
1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Soup Soy Sauce,
1 Tbsp Sugar, 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp Oil,
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/4 tsp Minced Ginger

    You can keep the radish quite long time.. I just put that in a bag (zipper bag or plastic bag) and keep it in the refrigerator. Don’t wash.. don’t peel.. just the way you bought in a store.. thanks

    It’s a kind of soy sauce. Since Korean cuisine has many different kinds of soup dishes.. it is useful to have soup soy sauce.. Korean grocery store sells it. If you don’t have.. you can just use normal soy sauce instead of soup soy sauce too.

    아하.. 제가 강한 멸치맛을 안좋아 하는데… 여기 미국에 있는 한국가계에 갔더니.. 멸치팩이라고 있더라구요.. 멸치가루가 팩 안에 들어있어서 국물 내기에 쉽게 만들어진 머 그런건데.. 국물맛내봤더니 멸치맛이 강하지도 않고 맛있더라구요..^^ 한마디로 멸치팩입니다.. ^^
