Closeups of bugs (insects, worms) I’m shopping for Thai food delights at the Thai market in Sisaket, Thailand. There are many bugs to eat at this market and I’m just at one of the shops. There are probably 30. See close ups of me choosing which bugs are tastiest, grossest, biggest, and nastiest ones to eat.
It’s not silk worm … It’s not silk worm or cocoon. It’s what you would call dades (grub like). It lives inside a bamboo tree. The best way to eat this is to heat over a hot griddle or charcoal. It puffs up and ready to be eaten. It’s so creamy, it taste like eating chicken brain.

No – surprisingly. … No – surprisingly. But, really – after frying in hot oil – how much of anything is left? I think one could eat feces that was fried and be ok… it kills everything organic about it…
